Time Capsule

Today we are burying a time capsule behind the corner cabinet in the kitchen.  The countertops will be in soon and we want to seal a snapshot of time for the next suckers that think it is a wise idea to renovate the kitchen (it will not be us!)

We included the typical:
   * current prices, value of the dollar, state the US economy
   * our days schedules
   * current US, Missouri, World, Ukraine news
   * our church bulletin & Catholic EWTN
   * A picture of our family
  And a few personal items:
   * a LEGO creations of Garretts
   * some Cardinal baseball cards from Davids childhood
   * a personal letter
   * a fruit roll up (i read somewhere it has a shelf life of 30 years which is why we dont eat them!!)
   * A flashdrive as sign of technology with pics of family and the kitchen prior to renovation
