You may remember that we smoked a pig & 2 hams for my 40th birthday! Well my family was addicted from that moment on. We finally found the right sized and right priced smoker on Craigslist.
I decided to test it out with a cheaper priced chicken just to make sure we knew the ins & outs of a smaller smoker. Lets just say the neighborhood was salivating all day long! It was ggggoooodddd and I am sure that this smoker will be put to great use :-)
